Modeling Equality is an innovative initiative that addresses Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) as a practice of inequality and gender-based violence.
We work to co-create cultures of mutuality across social-ecological levels by engaging communities, organizations, and individuals in transformative approaches to end CSE.
Our program aims to provide consultation, training, and technical support to selected localities to develop programming, policy, and practices that model equality and mutuality to end commercial sexual exploitation. We are currently seeking funding partners to launch this vital work.
Our approach recognizes CSE as a form of gender-based violence and focuses on:
Supporting comprehensive survivor-led exit programs
Promoting men's accountability to end CSE
Changing social norms that falsely imply survivor culpability
Addressing the root causes of CSE: inequality and men's demand for sexual access
Join us in building coordinated community responses to CSE that transform society by fostering mutuality.
