Is your community interested in developing an innovative and holistic approach to address Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) as a practice of inequality and gender-based violence?
Would you like to work in a coordinated way with partners and stakeholders across multiple sectors to:
• support the development of comprehensive survivor-led exit programs and real alternatives for youth and for adults who have been exploited?
• promote men’s accountability to end CSE?
• further gender equality by changing social norms that falsely imply survivor culpability for CSE
• change norms that reinforce men’s perceived entitlement to buy sexual access to other’s bodies?
Announcing an invitation to participate in Modeling Equality.
Previously funded by the NoVo Foundation, to provide consultation, training and technical support, free of charge, to support and develop programming, policy and practices that model equality to end CSE in select localities
Participating localities are supported to cultivate coordinated responses to CSE in their communities that:
• engage men and boys in stopping CSE utilizing a spectrum of prevention practices that address sex buying as a form of gender-based violence
• Work within all sectors and across every level of social ecology to transform society and address the root causes of CSE – inequality and men’s
demand for sexual access to the bodies of others.
